Installing
LiteRise® For
Trouble-Free Operation
The
LiteRise® cordless system makes raising and lowering
blinds and shades easier than ever. Push up to raise and
pull down to lower. Your blinds and shades stay right
where you put them.
Here's
a quick tip on bracket placement that will help you
avoid a common installation error that can keep certain
shades or blinds from functioning properly. This
tip applies to the LiteRise option when used for

blinds,
- Brilliance

Place Brackets In
Safe Areas
It's a simple
tip, be sure to place your brackets in areas of the shade where they
are not directly above the spool covers or drive assembly (motor and
transmission). On smaller shades, this may leave some relatively
tight areas in which to install the brackets, but you will always be
able to install without going above any of these mechanisms. Be
sure to look at the blind or shade before you install the
brackets so you can better plan the bracket placement. You could
also hold the blind or shade into the window and mark the places where
you will be placing the brackets.
If you have placed
these brackets above the LiteRise components and the shade is
operating improperly, remove the shade from the window and relocate
the brackets.
