Invite light indoors with new Designer Screen Shades. These shades provide protection by blocking harmful Ultraviolet rays while providing the opportunity to enjoy your view.

New Sample Book
The new Hunter Douglas Designer Screen Shade sample book features all new photography, two beautiful new fabric styles – Pampered and Spice Rack, and the three new selections in the Nature’s Elements collection. The sample book will also help you take advantage of the new Choices option, a way to add your own touch of customization. Each deck in the new sample kit is designed to easily snap in and out of the book. Combine that with large fabric swatches on each deck, you'll find it easy to help your customers visualize their favorite selections.

Roman Shades Or Window Shades
Most Designer Screen fabrics are available in both Roman and Window (roller) shades. The two fabrics not available as a Roman shade are Nature’s Elements & Pampered –these are just too thick to operate properly on a Roman Shade system.

New Fabrics:


Pampered is a rich array of earth tone colors.	Spice Rack adds a little spice to the collection with seven bold color options in a texture that’s never been available before in a screen fabric.	Nature’s Elements, first introduced in 2005, has become very popular, so three additional fabrics in subtle color combinations have been added to round out the Nature’s Elements collection.

New Choices Program
Now you can create more striking and unique designs by using two fabrics on a single shade! As an example, notice that this photograph features 2 fabrics – Pampered in Hot Rocks for the shades, and New Orleans, Wrought Iron for the valance. Mix and Matching opportunities are endless with this new program.

Have fun with your new Choices! Try coordinating solids, or choose a multi colored jacquard and team it with a fun bright solid. Or choose two fabrics in the same palette with different patterns.

Pricing is as straightforward as the program – width based surcharges in the Reference Guide make it as easy to set your price as it is to make your choices.

Choices For Designer Screen Shades is as easy as 1-2-3:

Choose the fabric for the shade.
Choose a coordinating or contrasting fabric for the valance or cassette wrap,
Decided whether you would also like the bottom rod wrapped in the 2nd color.

Note: One fabric exception for the Choices program is Spice Rack, which may not be used for wrapping the bottom rod. However, Spice Rack is available to wrap the cassette or as the valance.
